No service

Me and my husband and our 10 month old went to the spur on sunday 26 July! Upon our arival there were nobody to seat us so we took menus and seated ourselves! After 15 min of waiting we had to ask to be helped we placed our drinks order as well as some ribs for our baby! After about 30 min we received our drinks & after another 15min we received the babys food! The ribs was stone cold it felt like it just came out of a freezer! We also asked for a baby chair twice with no result we then took the cold food to the front desk where we were brushed off because they were busy after another 10min a lady came and said oh well sorry and your drinks are free and she walked away! If this was my business I would be furious if the staff gave away free drinks just to shut up unhappy customers!
