No service

We went to Arapaho Spur at menlyn mall yesterday to celebrate our son's 18 th birthday ,but waited so long for a waiter ,to assist ,I did not know I had to order before coming to Spur the food that we want to eat or how to choose the food via my phone so a waiter can bring the food to our table .or I can pick it self up at the kitchen counter .we left and bought takeaways and went home .thank you Spur every time I come to this branch there is a problem .
