No service

On Saturday the 8/02/20 my wife,my kid and I had the displeasure of visiting your branch at Newcastle mall (Nashville Spur). We entered the restaurant and were told to sit were we would like, after sitting we waited for about 20mins without being served by a waiter. We decided we going to leave but not before having a chat to the manager. Whom when I explain to him that we had been seated for 20 mins without being served so we are leaving, had nothing to tell me but "thanks for telling me I will sort it out with the staff". Surely spur u train your staff and managers to better handle the situation the least he could of done was apologize and offer us to be reseated and to be served instead we get told thanks for telling him we were not served. I must also mention the restaurant was not busy and we were passed by numerous waiters without even being asked if we were served. I will never return to this branch again and I will tell friends and family about my experience.
