No power and then no servive??

I went this morning to Tampa spur in jeffereys bay they informed us they are having power problems and there will be a delay in food order,we were happen with this at order unreal breakfest.Thats when the service went out the door.We had to wait for our coffee long! and sugar and the beer was hot! We then waited forever for our food and not all the food came at the same time the waiter then brought bread to our table it was not toasted!!! She offered we are to busy and we had to wait 30mins for toasted bread..all the people around us had toasted bread the one person at or table found a small bug on his egg but because service so slow and bad he cleaned it and ate the egg like that. The service we received was shocking never in my life had I seen normal untoasted bread brought to a table and not even trying to go the extra mile and because the staff was panicing of no power the service was forgotten really shocked! This will really haunt our family!
