no manners staff

Rude staff ****roach leg in drink. Cornubia spur. Intimidating staff. Kept plesant during experience as food was still been prepared. My sister ordered a milk shake and it was weak and a staff member said that the machine is over used so it comes like that yet no waring was given when ordered
