No idea about poisoning customers

Ordered rib burger x2 and chicken pieces in salad. Food arrived chicken was raw and so was the rib burgers. I queried if the ribs was pork and was told yes. How can you serve raw pork and chicken, do you not know the health and safety issues to do with this and the possible health risk to your customers. You staff don't and due to this we will never eat at your shop again from at least once a week to none. Feed this to your family and not mine. This is totally unacceptable and your staff should know the dangers. ***
