no food after an hour

Tonight 26 February my two sons and I went to our local spur Cahokia to treat ourselves. Our waitress took our around 8pm. My little on got his kiddie burger 30 minutes later. My eldest son and my order arrived around 9pm...by this time my appetite was gone and I was livid...It took a lot for me to stay as calm as I did I paid for our meal that I did not eat (now still in the doggy bag) and left spur around 9h10pm. Now both managers on duty tried to explain the situation and the one thing I still do not know is why my food took an hour to be prepared. So now instead off being really angry at the waitress I am just as angry at both managers on duty that only gave me a we will deal with it explanation. I wasted an hour sitting there waiting for food mean while everyone else that came after me ate, had a nice evening paid and left while I was still waiting for my meal...I came into spur very jolly looking forward to a great quality meal
