no feedback and new complaints

So I emailed spur back as they apparently tried to reach me. I asked for their number for me to call them as I'm not always able to answer calls in the day. Sent 2 emails asking and no reply. Again today I'm at this spur same issue waiter was not coming to take orders I had to complain again. The owner always walks around and has on 3 occasions heard me complain yet he ignores the entire thing. He doesn't ever smile or greet his clients and I will never return to this spur again its absolutely disgusting and I will remove all my compliments off face book too! Dreadful!<br>
