No customer service

Absolutely horrible service from spur little eagle at New market mall. No service at the door we must seat ourselves and then wait and wait for a waitress to come take our orders. We were told we can order from panarottis and sit in spur as we wanted a clear view of our son. The waiter thought we didn't hear him complain to his colleagues that "these people want to come order from panarottis but sit here" service is absolutely atrocious no customer service no proper etiquette. Definitely our first and last time going there. We didn't even order we just walked out.
