No Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Spur. I sent them an email(below clip) on the 26 Oct 2017, but did not get any respone

Good day, As a regular customer to Spur, yesterday for the very first time, I had the most horrible experience. I normally go to Seven Eagle, but due to the birthday promotion, I did not want to go to Seven Eagle, as it will be very busy. It was my kids birthday, so we went to celebrate, as Spur issued us birthday vouchers. We placed our order & after some time, the food looked totally different to what we ordered. 1) Order1 – Kids Pizza. The dough was not cooked. We had to send this back, but when it was returned, the rest of the family had finished eating. The ice cream was served in a coffee take away cup 2) Order2 – Kids cheese burger – The meal its self was ice cold. We ordered smiley faced chips, but the waiter took it upon herself to bring chips. The ice cream was served in a coffee take away cup 3) Order3 – R50-00 special steak. I ordered baked potatoes, then the waiter took it upon herself to bring chips. The steak portion was so small, literally I took 3 bites and it was done. I told her no onion rings, and my plate was filled with this 4) Order4 – Although the order was correct, but the portion size was 2 bone ribs.

My wife never receive water to wash up her hands. We never receive a doggy bag for the kids take away. There was no birthday song/atmosphere etc. for my kids. To them it was just a ‘normal’ birthday The service was terrible, as the restaurant was very busy because they were running the promotion

When you guys had issues with customers boycotting your restaurant, , I was a loyal customer as I always looked at Spur as a family restaurant with good food & service. After yesterday disgusting service/meals which my family received, I don’t think I will ever visit your restaurant again
