No booking on special day

No booking on special night. Through away garuntee 12+ people just for the case of getting more and then no one even said we would have taken the special. Worst customer service ever. No where in resturant or web page it shows that bookings can not be made. So much for the customer right to information. No care about the consumer protection act. O well. Word of mouth the best marketing ever. Sorry spur figtree.
