No Booking Confirmed - Lone Hawk Spur
<p>I made a booking on Monday morning at 08h00 for my little girls 4th birthday that evening. The booking was made 18h00 for 18h30 for 8 adults and 6 kids. The lady i spoke to asked me if we would like it to be at the kiddies play area and i said yes because we have a 2 year old girl that we want to keep an eye on. Everything was confirmed, she took my Surname (Visser) and number as confirmation.</p> <p>When we arrived on Monday just after 18h00 the waiter asked if they can assist and i said yes we have a booking and he said okay we can go thru. Needless to say there was no table reserved for us instead there was paper on one of the tables showing reserved for a booking that was made 2 hours earlier (around 16h00 if i rember correctly)</p> <p>All our guests were standing around the spur and i had to explain what the situation is. I had to explain to my child why we will not be eating at this spur she requested to eat since it is her birthday. We were then assisted by Spur in The Grove with a booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really dissapointed in the service received and the emarresment caused by Lone Hawk Spur - Glenfair Boulevard!!!</p>
