NO BLACKS ALLOWED ATTITUDE

My name is Athini I hosted a business breakfast for my team, at the Uitenhage Spur in Caledon Street EasternCape. Upon arrival a black lady was quite polite but she was not the one who served us of which I understand table rotation. The gentleman that served us was plain(took order and set what was necessary, cold attitude, no rephor, no soft skillls, went missing). What ****ed me off, was when 1 of my guests complained abt a juice she had ordered the waitersaid he'd need to call manager upon her arrival she was naar op her face you could see she was ticked off, upon attempting to politely explain to her what's going she cut off every line whilst iwas talking she further stated she doesn't like my tone, she even reffered to me as 'my angel and lollie' I found that to be verrryyy disrespectful and unappropriate where are her soft skills as a manager or does my blackness irritated her she is a stuck up bully, who sees herself as inferior, 2 of guests had a problem with her meal she feared to even say anything because of this ladies rudeness to me the leader. I decided to yo be quiet as I was avoiding to naje a sence as i was highly angry. I paid R1400 for the meals nd dd not even tip the gentle as he hid behind this bully clearly something is wrong with her management skills. I later called a white lady manager whom I saw was helping around the restaurant she seemed friendly and professional, i explained the situation and she apologized i told her that NEVER again will i use that spur for my team as this a tradition for all my teams. Upon walking out to my car a customer who also stated to be a regular stated that the restaurant has large number of colored employees and 1 or 2 backs, some of the colored employees are rude to black clients. I was disappointed to hear this analysis..... I won't lie EVERYONE at the restaurant yesterday was smiley and polite includingthe kitchen staff you can see their faces at the griller side. All the morning waiters helped us as our waiter was all over the show and unavailable in am empty restaurant I demand an apology from that colored manager and further training for the waitron. I am a Spur ***** from way back when u used post me letters written in brown paper, a Spur letter was the first letter iv ever received in my life. I'm a traveler and loyal to you but Uitenhage restaurant needs to do something abt that rude manager who was working yesterday
