NO ASSISTANCE FROM WAITERS

On Friday, 15 January 2016 me and my husband decided to go and eat at the Spur after we watch a movie. What a bad idea. There is no customer service at all by most of the waiters there. At about 7.30 we enter the spur and waited about 5 minutes with no assistance from anyone. A whole lot of waiters was gathered around the counter in front and was chatting and making jokes to each other ignoring new customers. I tried to call them for assistance but the noise level was so high that they did not hear me. As we want to turn around and leave the Spur to go and eat at another restaurant a friendly little girl rushed from the back (guess she saw us wanting to leave and ran towards us to assist). She took us to a table. This is not the first time we got bad service from this particular spur. Previously we had cold food and another time we had uneatable food was so hard and dried out. We avoided that Spur for more than a year and decided to give it another change on Friday as I craved for chicken wings and Spur makes the nicest chicken wings. Luckily the waiter who assisted us made up for the other waiter's bad service and attitude. Doubt if I will ever go there again soon.
