No Answer for more than a month

I emailed Super Head office almost a month ago a bout a really bad experience we had.<br> <br> They have an option to check a box if you would like feedback, I said yes and in almost a month no one has as much as emailed back.<br> <br> It is not as if we want something from the Spur, the complaint actually extends to as far as putting someone with an allergy at risk, we have never had bad service at the spur we frequent and this was an isolated indecent but I find it SHOCKING that spur would not even reply to a client??
