Nicole provides inefficient customer care

Nicole from customer care line a senior manager does not provide feedback. Send emails to customer care for her to advise on feedback on my complaint but does not bother to reply or even call me. When you go into store points are not accumulated. Car line does not bother why call it a care line. Nicole should not be in that position as she does not have cusomer skills
