Nicole, customer service manager provides terrible customer service.

The customer care line does not provide customer care. Caustomer care manager Nicole, how can she be be called a manger when she cannot provide proper customer service to customers. She has not provided any feedback to my query for the past few weeks. Send emails and they do not respons. When one request a time they do not call as they call when one is at work and not available. They agree but the call does npt happen. No accountability from the customer care especially Nicole.
