Never will I visit this Spur

On the 29 Dec we visited your Spur, the experience leaves much to be desired about Spur in general and then the poor food and to add to it, terrible service.<br> It was an experience we wish never happened as my family and I love Spur but in this instance, your store brought the service offering and qualitty of food to a level that was unimaginable.<br> The store was very busy, so, we expected a wait and after about 25 mins, was assisted by a waiter to take our drinks and starters.<br> After about another 25 odd mins (our wait, 1 hour thus far), was then served with our drinks and COLD starters, quite disturbed, we summon for the waiter and WAIT and order our main meals.<br> Another 35 mins later, we are served with our food, again COLD, steaks done badly, onion rings tasting burnt but you can see not done.<br> Ribs was horrible and cold and overall, meals terrible - kids meals we okay but on the other hand they were enjoying your play area.<br> <br> I must say, the worse visit I have had to Spur. I am a frequent patron at Monte Casino but this has left a bad taste in my mouth about Spur.<br> <br> I donot want excuses from Spur and their management but rather just beef up our store, service and quality
