Never ever again...Bad service

Been going to Rodeo spur in Claremont for years but last night may have just been my last visit to that Rodeo Spur. The service was of the lowest quality.The evening started off well with Kashiefa goinf out of her way to find us a table close to where we could monitor rhe kids but there on in the night was bad.Not only did we wait more than an hour for our food but the waitress by the name of Aggie did not once come and explain what the delay was we had to hungry little girls waiting for food and when there food eventually came we had to wait a further 20 mins for their milkshakes...then we each received our plates of food 10 mins apart ....the excuse "we waiting on the onion rings...so not only did you get incomplete plates of food but further waited for drinks.after showing concern with the waitress all she says is i can call the manager and she herself had a arritude and says its out of her control.So the manager eventually rocks up a lady with specs and she literally just stood there saying nothing and walks away eventually brings the onion rings and just says sorry for that .Onions rings after we have already eaten....Seems we were not the only unhappy customers cause i heard other tables complaining as well....sorry guys your service sucks and to think i spent alot of money for bad service.
