Never again !!! sies Spur

Myself and my family went out to Spur Cradelstone mall last night we where seated and forgotten about we ordered drinks and only to find that it 20-30minits later , we where helped by two different waiters so we didn't really know who to ask for a Menu after asking and only getting One menu for 5 people we looked off of one menu and we ordered awaiting our food took about almost an hour and a half to make we got our food there was a problem with my mean it was Cold my chips and meat was dried out I asked another waiter to please sort out my food for me she took it back and I got my food and it was still warm, My son got the wrong food order but he just left it as we where starving my brother did not even receive his order angry and disappointed we asked one of the 2 waiters for our bill we paid R761 for things that we where charged for that we didn't even receive when we asked for the rub & wings we where told it was made and we did receive it but we didn't because my brother did not even eat I am highly disappointed we left everything we paid and we left Never will I advice ANYONE to Ever go to Spur Cradelstone what we though was n family night out turned into a MESS
