Never again ottery spur

I visited ottery spur in Cape Town and I must admit there service was very bad... I waited about almost an hour for my food to arrive and the the place was almost empty.. Eventually when the food arrive it was not to my satisfaction the and alerted the manager however she tried to convince me that they will put an extra piece of rib on my plate which I didn't want which also made me cancel my order. While my wife ate the waiter decided to sweep next to us and the dust particles accumulated in the air..just there we decided to not eat and just left... Their service is bad as well as the food and had a bad experience... All the other spur ranches I visited was excellent.
