Never again, burnt and overcooked

Terrible experience we had, thinking we going to have a wonderful dinner at spur Laguna Mall turned to be a nightmare. We received overcooked almost black onion rings, dry overcooked burned patties, overcooked chips. I felt like my slipper was softer than that burger. The service was terrible, waiter bringing wrong order and charging the wrong items on the bill, when we complained to the waiter we were brought one portion of chips and onion rings to share among the 5 people at the table that received burnt food. We asked for dessert and was offered by management it for free, when it came the waffle was paper thin. I feel that my whole night was a waste and that I was charged for burned food. I cannot believe that this is what spur has become. I will rather not eat than ever eat there again if this is the quality food that SPUR produces.
