Never Again

My family and I wanted to go to spur after a long day , just to have supper and relax. At Waterfront spur we were tended to by a waitress named Wendy. Her service was utterly distasteful. When we wanted to order our drinks and food at the same time we told no that she was only going to take our drinks , we were lenient and allowed this, but when she eventually came back after quite a long time she hurriedly and disinterestingly took our orders and sneered at us at the same time. While ordering she stopped mid order to tend to another table. She also brought us incorrect orders. When we wanted to eat we saw that we needed to sets of cutlery, and when we asked her for this she brought back only one set and then came maybe 20 mins later with another set which by the time we had to ask another waitress to assist us. Then us being calm, eating our dinner she comes to us to rudely and in Afrikaans when we had been conversing in English the entire night, tell us she had to tendI to a lot of tables and everywhere so she gets our stuff late and wrong and it sounded as if she was scolding at us as she stated how the table next to us complained about her. My mother preceded to tell her it's okay just so she could leave us to finish our meal in peace but by that time we were ready to leave. Before I packed my meal into my takeaway box I found a short little hair in my chips and as I knew another complaint would get me nowhere, and I was already so upset, we just left. This is was the worst service I have received not only by a waitress, but by a spur as well. This was my last time dining at Spur, never again.
