Never a Spur meal again

We have being coned and fooled with our billing at Spur at Ushaka Durban. The worst experience over this Easter weekend we have ordered a full meal for my family the ice scream order for my kid was not even brought to our table. We had 2x vouchers to which have being claimed for and was not knocked off our bill. The food was terrible we complained to our waiter she just ignored us. Spur we are always supporting you but with service like this and the meals was terrible it was like we was just pushed and thrown in the conner.
