NEGLIGENCE & LACK OF CONCERN RE. CHILDREN

I took my mom and children to Spur on the 29/12/2015. My 3 year old was in the play area and we were watching him from the window when the door slammed-shut and we were unable to open it.. My son has dyspraxia and cannot talk fluently and was terrified and screaming hysterically because he couldn't get to me. I ran to inform the waitresses who advised that the manager was trying to FIND the key to open the door. The manager and waitresses were completely unconcerned that my child was crying and they were in no rush to open the door.<br> <br> I was absolutely livid, i consoled my little boy and We left shortly afterwards but the whole experience was ruined. To top it off, i just got a dirty look from the manager when leaving without any form of apology or consolation that this issue would be addressed. <br> <br> My biggest concern is, What if there was an emergency in the Play Area and they are so unconcerned with regard to what is happening or how the innocent children are placed in such a helpless predicament. There wasn't even a care-taker anywhere to be seen.<br> <br> I'm actually too nervous to return, in case my son has to endure that kind of experience again.<br> <br> VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
