Neglected Customers/Elderly
On 27 June 2015 Drieks Barnard celebrated her birthday (Born 27 June 1934) in Vanrhynsdorp, Namaqualand. Husband, Gied Barnard (Born 18 December 1931) decided to make it as special as possible for her and took her out on a romantic date to the nearest Spur at Vredendal (20km). The booking and necessary arrangement with Spur management was done on a prior visit to town
