Need help on my spur card urgently

I have always enjoyed dining at Spur steak ranches. I would like to use the points on my card, as there are alot, because I've been using the card for along time and can't redeem the points because the people at Spur tells me that the card is not link to my profile...?? And it doesn't make sense.... Assistants urgently please!
