Navaho Spur do not want to accommodate me for my daugthers birthday.

Navaho Spur Brackenfell makes another birthday in our family not a nice one. They don't do bookings on evenings when they run Speacial. Few weeks ago myself and my family went on a Wednesday evening and was send from one table to the other, because of a booking for a birhtday. This morning I phoned to book a big table for my 8year old daughters birthday and was told they do not take bookings. Just strange that some people get sorted out on special evenings, but they do not want to accommodate us. Last year with my birthday they never booked a table and the food was cold and we had to wait so long for it. I do support the businesses in our area, but if that is the case I will have to make other arrangements. My 8 year old was so much looking forward to this evening. Very disappointed.
