N1 City Spur not Safe for children!

I am disgusted in the way my family was treated! You think that there would be a safe play environment for the children to play while you wait for your food! My five year old niece was being bul**** by a bigger child and when my daughter who is eight tried to stop this child. She was the target of this child's abuse. The child proceeded to choke my daughter in front of the child minders, who just stood there and watched. They did absolutely nothing! My nephew who is older had to come to her rescue to stop the assault of this child. <br> I am outraged at what happened! I asked for the names of the managers that were working. First I am told it would be given to me and then I was ignored! I had to start shouting before I was given any attention! Where was a manager during all of this??? So I would like to know where was JP, Chris, Stanley Collin or Thulani?<br> I haven't even started on the poor service we got on the food! <br> We had to constantly ask where our waiter was and where our food was and when I asked for the manager where our missing orders were. He thought it funnier to make a joke out of the situation.<br> I am a loyal Spur customer but will never go to Spur after this!
