My husband ate alone!
We went to the Spur on the 13th February 2016. @ 4.30. My husband ordered a Chicken Cheddamelt Stacker and I ordered a Chargrilled Steak 200g. Our food came and my steak was cold. I called our waiter to advise him that my steak is cold. My waiter said that he would go warm it up. I asked him how long its going to take because my husband is already eating? He said no it wont take long. 10 Minutes later we called him again, still no food. He then came back and told me they were going to put it on a hot plate. Eventually the manager came and said that the plate is taking long to warm up. 30 minutes passed. By then my husband finished his food. I asked another waiter to rather bring the bill because it doesn't look like they are bringing my food.

They brought the bill, and guess what? They billed me for the Steak I never got. 10 Seconds later the food came. By that time I was livid. I send the food back. I took the bill back to the front to the manager and told him how can they expect me to pay for something I didn't eat? I find the service in this Spur very bad! How can you let one of your customers watch their partner eat! Never again!
