Most pathetic and disgusting service ever

Good day,

I would just want to say that I have never ever been disgusted in the service I received at Spur N1 city mall.

Firstly, The waitress had no idea what she was doing and had to run to the manager everytime I asked about the menu she never knew about the R79 steak special.

It was my sons birthday on the 14th of February and he is a spur tribe member and to my knowledge was supposed to get a free meal instead I was told after 4 years of being a member he was not registered and that I needed to pay for the meal also she needed the manager again for assistance and kept saying I dont know.

We then ordered drinks and was told we needed to wait as there is no glasses available please explain how this was our problem after 15 mins of waiting ours drinks arrived. Yet I never argued with her and told my family to give her break as she might be tired or new.

I asked her to then please see if she could send our starters like atleast a decent time before our main meals arrive and she assured me that she could arrange that and instead we received both starters and main 5 minutes apart. Yet I said nothing and carried on but respectfully telling her that I asked her for something and still she couldnt deliver or stick to her word.

When we were done and paid for our meals and tipping her I asked for a takeaway cup for my sons milkshakes and she left the table to arrive 10 minutes later advising that you do not have take away cups and at that point I was ****ed at the service I was getting I sent her back to the kitchen and said how can you not have nothing no glasses and no cups I have been very nice and kind to her and feel like it was taken advantage of.

I then went to the front desk and said they might aswell close down seeing that you have no cutlery and was told that they have everything.

I will never want to put foot at that spur again its the worst and by far the most pathetic service ever.

I hope that in future none of your clients walk out as unhappy as my family and I did.
