most horrible experience ever

<p>My husband and I thought that we would treat my little sister for breakfast on Monday morning, but it was our biggest mistake entering spur in Ottery. The service was just terrible. We were escorted from the door to the table with no designated waiter to serve us - we were sitting without anyone even bringing a menu for about 20 minutes. One of the waiters then came and she told us very boldly that she isnt our waiter but is going to take our order - she then took the order, another 30 minutes passed. Not only did the food get to us cold, but we had egg shells in our plates, was just so horrible. Managers running around not knowing what in the world to do as just everyone had complaints about food they didnt get, etc.</p> <p>I think its safe to say that we will never visit them again. And we wouldnt advise you too either. </p>
