More than once bad service

Went to my local spur this evening, and while there was atleast 10+ people inside my freinds and I were shown away coz apparently the owners said if its quiet they can close 2 hours before the closing time<br> We have multiple complaints but this takes the cake<br> Closing times is 11 not 8:20
