Mood spoiler

We always eat at spur and we let some things go because humans make mistakes but what happened this Sunday was just not on. Firstly the waiter was unfriendly. It was as if she wanted to throw us with the food when she came with it. Besides the fact that the meals(ribs and buffalo wings) were different given we ordered the same meals one did not have a Lettice and tomato the other did but was one buffalo wing short. No fork and knives were provided we had to get up and ask the lady that was actually packing them she even asked me where our waiter was. When the time to pay came for the first time at spur I was told by the waiter that they are not allowed to handle cash so I had to go and pay for myself at the door. And we are expected to tip these guys. Then when we had to pay, we saw that the points allocated for the family card are not recorded automatically but manually on some s**** piece of paper. How sure am I that my 5% has been recorded properly all this time when we go to Spur. Spur I'm so disappointed I always receive quality service when I go there. All I can say is not my favourite restaurant anymore. It takes one bad experience to ruin years of good reputation.
