Montana Spur does not care about it's clients!!

On 2015/05/12 we (a group of about 14 people) visited Montana Spur. Our orders were mixed up, some were not brought to our table, and when we complained, the issue was not resolved, but made worse. Some dishes were only brought to our table when some of the others have finished their meals (as they could not wait any longer, the food was getting cold) And three meals were not brought at all. I told the manager of this issue, and he assured me the problem will be resolved, but it was only made worse. The food they brought eventually was cold, and was the incorrect dishes, not as ordered. No effort was put into resolving the issue, and even when going back to him the second and third time, no real effort was made, nor was a satisfactory resolution put fon the table. Neither one of us will EVER go to spur again, as they just don't seem to care.
