****** IN THE SPUR RESTAURANT

On Friday, 18/10/2019 my family and I went to Spur San Pedro in Greenhills for supper. on arrival we saw that a lady had a ****** with her, we immediatley reported it to the manager on duty who did nothing. As the night went on the ****** then attacked my 21 month old son, still the staff of Spur did nothing. We then decided to leave. as we were leaving we found a Manger whom we also paid at, and again advised that there is a ****** in the restaurant that had attacked our son. This guy showed no remorse and acted like it was normal that there was a animal in the restaurant. i called the restaurant on 21/10/2019 was promised that they will get back to me and to date nothing? So i would like to know is Spur pet friendly??? is this allowed by the health inspectors who i also will contact later? i will not leave this as is!!!
