Money paid vs money deducted differs by almost 50%

According to your branch in Sea Point, Cape Town they deducted R250 and yet on my bank statement an amount of R380 was deducted. Spoke to the manager and she indicated that only the R250 was charged.

How was this possible and does that mean you have a cloning device at that branch??
