MONDAY NIGHT - NO PREF FOR ADULTS WITH KIDS
I just contacted Redhawk Spur - the receptionist better be happy I cant remember her name and I did not want to contact them back for it. Last week Monday, we drove to 3 different Spur's in the Plumstead, Tokai and Bergvliet area. It was packed. My little girl who will be four shortly, really so badly wanted to go to SMUR as that is what she calls it.<br> <br> My point is, I called Redhawk as they are 5min away from us, they dont do reservations, and the line starts by 7pm already, which means how are parents supposed to get their child to stand in a line to wait to go inside and play? <br> <br> She then said, by 9pm we quiet down.... so what does that mean? We must take our child at 9pm??? <br> <br> Ridiculous and so unfair! <br> <br> I actually think it is pathetic..... Wake up SPUR - make a time slot for kids and parents even if its just for an hour let that hour take preference for parents and adults.<br> <br> I don't even want to know what you do with elderly people? Do you also let them wait??<br> <br> I am an angry mother

It really is a catch 22 because the customers that stand in a long queue get upset when customers arrive and \jump\" the queue because they have made a booking. So to avoid any conflict with either group of customers the \"no bookings on a Monday\" is simply to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to get a table because it is one of our busiest trading days/nights.
