Misty Creek Spur Unhigenic and Dirty

Visiting a Misty Creek Spur on a Saturday after 12pm. Shop not busy at all, we went to sit down in the smoking area. BUT O MY GOSH, How dirty can a Spur Restaurant be? Looks like if was not clean for a few days now. It feels unhigenic to eat here, dirty floors and tables, wet substances under the first table where we're seated. This is really unpleasant and unhigenic to come here.
