Missing trolley

I went in to Spur around to 2 this afternoon with my daughter. I left my trolley outside with a plastic bag having doom inside(2 bottles) but to my surprise when I eas leaving my trolley was not there and I was told by 2 managers that we park our trolleys at own risk. So now does it make sense for us to leave our trolleys "at own risk" while having lunch inside Spur? I don't think I will ever come here!!!! I'm so ****ed off
