Missing Chloe and careless staff

I visited Spur at Sable square on my daughter's birthday and had to leave earlier than expected because a child went missing from the play area.. The staff did nothing to help the mother find her toddler.... I am disgusted by this and will not set foot in any spur EVER AGAIN!!! You guys are pathetic.... especially with what is happening in this country on a daily basis....you should be closed down as far as I am concerned!!!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!
