Misrepresented advertising

I checked on Spur website regarding their Wednesday specials and saw the kids special for R24.90. So I ordered this when I got to Spur in Cape Gate as I took my daughter out, the waitress then came back and said I had to order an adult meal in order to get this special. The manager then came and should me the advert which is the exact same online. It states that its limited to 2 kids per adult, for children 12 years and younger, and it is eat in only. The manager then pointed to 'Terms and Conditions' apply. Nowhere in the Terms and Conditions does it state this and nowhere in the adverti*****t does it state this. This is false advertising, I had to leave the meal and had to leave Spur because of made up words from the manager, which are displayed nowhere else. This is very upsetting as I was made to look like an idiot, because the manager said its terms and contions, but they are not stipulated
