Rutenda who's a operator spoilt my Mother's day on the 08 May 2022. My husband had taken me out for Mother's day dinner and on everything that we ordered he also ordered a double J&B whiskey. When the waitress came to serve it, it spilled on the table by mistake between him and the waitresses hands. So he wanted the manager, Rutenda came and I said no, don't worry we will pay for it. Rutenda left our table and before she even disappeared on our sight, she spoke rudely about my husband on one of the staff. I politely asked our waitresses to tell her that she mustn't do that, it very rude and unprofessional. But she continued , I then raised my hand and called her. When she reached us, she spoke first without even listening what I was going to say. I tried to say to her, I called you and you haven't even heard what I want to say to you and you already talking over me, so I was like you know what, because I don't want people looking at us, it fine you can leave I will speak to the right channel which will listen to me. She didn't want to go busy talking and she'd her several times to leave us and she didn't wanna leave busy talking. She's very rude and does not deserve to me on management.
