Microwave heated food
My husband and I were at Spur Kenilworth and had to witness how our food got heated in a microwave before it was served to us. I watched in horror as almost every order went in and came out of the microwave and served to custormers. It gave me the sense that it was old food that was standing that I was served. And it tasted like rubber too. I had mailed customer services and for weeks no reply. I'm disgusted! The standard at spur has dropped significantly. Maybe now I'll get a reply!
