Mexico Spur Canal Walk

On the 19th April, I made a purchase at Mexico Spur, Canal Walk, I made a purchase for R751.00, the waiter at the time Manfred conned us and billed us an additional R100 and added food that was not served. Upon coming to the grill again the manager Timothy, refunded the money and said he does not owe an explaination as to why we were overcharged and that they would deal with the matter internally. The customer service there is poorly unsatisfying and the managers lack skills as how to deal with people, had to ask for a bill to avoid their dissatisfactory explanations.

Fez the general manager also tried to intervene with his staff who seemed to be unmanageable but they left him trying to sort out their mishaps
