Membership expired???

<p>Me and my family goes to Spur restuarants often. We were at Spur Arrow ridgelast night again, and when we paid the bill, i asked the waiter how much loyalty points I've earn up to date. The waiter advised us that the loyalty card has been closed??? I couldnt understand why this could happend as we always use my loyalty card when we go to Spur and was never advised that my membership has been cancelled. Ive been a loyalty member since 2/3/2012, where is all my points/vouchers.??? This is unexceptable!</p>
