Maxwell at Wilson Wharf Spur

<p>This compliment is well overdue for Maxwell at Wilson's Wharf. I visit many Spur's but none can compare to that when Maxwell's Spur. We could afford to celebrate a special occasion for many years anywhere else but we keep coming back to the Spur at Wilson's Wharf because of the level of service offered by Maxwell. He turns our special occasions into celebrations. The food the top shelf and he always checks in with us from time to time, he also adds a little extra magic in his own way to every visit. He shared with me a story recently on how Allen Ambor would hold an umbrella for patrons without any promise of eating at his restaurant and that was profound to me. Customers always remember great service and will always come back to a place where they are treated so well and I will say that I see Maxwell in the very same light. He is a true asset to Spur and should say that he should be highly commended on the work he does and service he provides. He certainly sets the bar very very high. Well done Spur! Please can I have feedback after you given this commendation to Maxwell from management very high up the chain? He could certainly be an ambassador to ignite the passion and organisational culture at many of your other branches where the level of service is deplorable and managers do not even have the right to that title. I will however not paint any negative light on the calibre of service provided by Maxwell on behalf of Spur and I would like to believe based on how passionate he is about what he does!</p>
