Managerial Behaviour?

I am not that complains, however this has bothered me since Thursday when my family and I enjoyed a meal at Spur, We were seated next to one of the counter points where orders are processed and the discussion between staff was particularly odd.<br> The one person was complaining a manager had lent money, and was paying back very slow, when the other tall guy with dreadlocks rep**** he had to pay the company back a big loan this month because he has two pregnant girlfriends? Excuse Me? firstly, why does management need to make staff on minimum wage battle more than they do, and second, that they know he is borrowing company money and this much about his personal life?<br> Surely Spur does not condone this behaviour? and if they do, it is shocking that management is allowed to use a busy family restaurant as a means to pick up women to be intimate with. What on earth is going on there?
