Manager swearing hatfield

I am very disappointed at how things are done in this century. I was at Spur Hatfield yesterday around 5pm.It was full packed since its month end .Then out of nowhere a white male Called Andre I believe hes the owner or manager was swearing at a young black female called Petunia infront of everyone .The lady was apologising but he wasnt taking that instead he was saying K-word and *****. Both are working at Spur.Very ********* and unproffesional It was better if he called the lady and swear at her in the office not infront of customers. Kindly advice Andre to apologies to the poor lady since he killed her esteem.
