Manager supports bad service and presentation

This spur is not willing to swop items. In this case it was potato chips for salad. They do not even use salad for a garnish anymore. <br> <br> When we asked the manager about this she indicated that this Spur do not garnish anymore and do not supply in this case salads in stead of chips. <br> <br> Since I asked for this numerous times before I know that it can be done. <br> <br> My husband ordered a burger and got a burger with chips and onion rings but absolutely no lettuce, tomato or any kind of greens to accompany the burger. How disappointing.<br> <br> This is however not the first time we felt very let down by this particular Spur. <br> <br> On a previous occasion I ordered the spur special with eat as much as you like ribs and wings. That evening I wanted wings in stead of ribs and asked for another serving of wings. What they served the second time was wings with pure vinegar on it as the replacement for the durkey sauce. Obviously I complained to the manager and requested her (a different manager) to taste it. She refused and also refused to replace the inedible food. <br> <br> My family and I are great Spur supporters but will NEVER EVER give this particular Spur another chance.
